Climate Smart Hebron Expands Hebron Community Solar Campaign

Today, Climate Smart Hebron is pleased to announce that an additional 10-15 subscriptions are available in addition to the original 10 slots. Seven households joined within 3 days of the campaign launch on July 23, 2022, so demand for this service is significant.
• Anyone who pays an electricity bill is eligible to receive community solar credits – homeowners, renters, farms, small businesses, and places of worship.
• You will see credits every month on your electricity bill.
• You keep 10% of the credits which are applied to your bill, saving you money.
• There are NO upfront costs or monthly fees, and you cancel at any time.
• No need to install solar panels on your roof or property.
• Your utility company will remain the same – no change.
• After careful vetting, the Town has selected PowerMarket as our community solar partner.
